Housing Services

Affordable Housing

Most people do not qualify for Traditional Mortgages because they are economically disadvantaged. We offer Non-Traditional affordable housing not based on credit worthiness but based on several other factors such as income, family size, credit counseling and more. Click More Info for additional details.

Senior  Citizen Housing

No Senior Left Behind, is our motto. We know that the traditional Senior Living Communities around America and have become more unaffordable for our Seniors of low-come and dependent on Social Security. Through this program, Senior Citizens 63yrs and older, will be able to afford our cost-efficient homes and have the care they need without the worry of being denied based on income or insurance restrictions. When they say NO, We Say YES!

Homeless Services

Homelessness has become more prevalent since 2020 due to economic downturns. July 2024 the Supreme Courts have ruled against the homeless problem in America in Grants Pass vs Johnson case making it easier for communities to fine, ticket, or arrest people living unsheltered, even if there isn't adequate shelter available. However, with our Tiny Housing program we are able to overcome those obstacles in our Communities across America as well as provide rehab resources and financial support to regain stability.
